This is a small, private, fan-run PopTag server. The website is primarily used to register and manage accounts. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we handle
When you register or manage an account, we handle the information you provide, including:
- Your account ID and display name, plus a one-way hash of your password used to verify logins.
- Basic account and gameplay information needed to operate the server, such as your display name, level, or owned items.
- Authentication and session information needed to keep you signed in securely.
Like most web and game servers, the service may also temporarily process basic technical information—such as an IP address, request time, and error information—when needed to operate, troubleshoot, or protect the server.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your private-server account.
- Operate game features, account management, rankings, and the cosmetic shop.
- Provide support, troubleshoot problems, and protect the server from abuse.
Display names and gameplay rankings may be visible to other members of the private server.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use personal information for advertising or marketing profiles.
- We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use an authentication cookie or similar session technology so account features work. It also stores a small browser preference after you acknowledge the fan-server notice, so that notice does not appear on every visit. These are used for site functionality, not tracking or advertising.
Retention and account deletion
To permanently delete your account and associated game data, log in, open the My Account page, and use the Delete Account option at the bottom of the page. You must be logged out of the game first. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect private-server account information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password that you do not use on any other website or service, and do not share your login details.
Who may use the server
This is a private service for invited users. Do not create an account unless you were invited or given permission by the server administrator. If you are not legally able to agree to these rules on your own, ask a parent or guardian before registering.
Server rules
- Treat other players respectfully; harassment and hateful conduct are not allowed.
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, attack the service, or attempt to access another person's account.
- Do not share private access details with people who have not been invited.
- Do not use the server for unlawful activity.
- Accounts may be restricted or removed when needed to protect the server or its community.
Availability and changes
This private server is provided as-is and may change, restart, or become unavailable at any time. This page may be updated if the server's features or information practices change. The date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
